AMBER BIERKELLER (GERMANY) UNHOPPED MALT 3.3 # CANS
Authentic German malt,includes a packet of ale yeast. Basic recipe bring 1 gallon water to boil and 1 can BIERKELLER PLUS 4 cups corn sugar or another can of the BIERKELLER malt. Bring to boil again add 1 ounce Hallertau hops, boil 25 minutes. Add additional 1 ounce hallertau hops boil additional 5 minutes. Add to 3&1/2 gallons cold water in sanatized fermenter. Sprinkle yeast on top of mix allow to sit for 10 minutes, stir, seal and allow to ferment for 7-10 days at 65-75 F. Transfer beer into sanatized containe add 3/4 cup corn sugar or 2/3 household sugar that has been boiled in 2 cups water for 5 minutes,bottle. Allow beer to remain in area with temperature of 65-75 degrees F for two weeks. Beer should be drinkable in 4 weeks.
